"In between Unit commissions I get the opportunity to create paintings that are very near to my heart. The idea for "My Brothers Keeper" is an image that I have had stirring around that I have been wanting to paint for a while. I wanted to create an image that both touches and celebrates the U.S. War Fighter in their most basic form, fighting for the soldiers to their left and right. Our Troops when faced with danger never give a second thought to go into harms way to take care of their brothers and sisters in arms. Painting "My Brothers Keeper" is my way of saying Thank You to our extraordinary soldiers that selflessly go above and beyond". -Marc Wolfe, artist
